1. Initial Design Package purchase value is honored for (6) months from the date of purchase. The project must be started within the (6) months to honor the original value. If pricing has increased since before the project has started after (6) months of purchasing the design package, an invoice will be sent to the client for the difference before we begin the project.

2. You are familiar with the Elle Macque design aesthetic and feel that it leans into a similar design style that you hope for your home.

3. If purchasing a full room design, your budget would be best at least $8,000 or greater to ensure ample budget for timeless high quality pieces.

4. You are prepared to bring the space to life post design delivery due to the nature of online shopping and risk associated with items going out of stock. Resourcing fees due to items going out of stock (outside of the 5 day post design delivery window for 3d/2d vision boards and 2 days for mini 2d vision boards) are $50 per item. *If you would like to secure your package and are not ready for Elle Macque to start designing, please let us know your desired time frame during our initial ‘Welcome’ email correspondence period.

5. Due to our accommodating revision policy, we do not offer refunds after the design phase has been started by your designer.

6. Purchasing your design package will place you into Elle Macque’s design queue. Turn around times in getting started can vary, but are currently around 1-3 weeks. Once your designer begins your design, you will be notified via email.

7. All typical design correspondence will be done via email, as this is a virtual service. Phone calls and video chats will be conducted on an as needed basis, but are typically not needed or a part of the design service.

8. You recognize that because this is virtual (online) design, we have not and cannot see every item that we recommend in person. We use our design expertise along with reviews to ensure high quality items that will fit within your design. Items can always appear different than expected IRL than online or in your design. This is an associated risk with online design- we will help you to facilitate a suitable replacement if this does happen.

9. Elle Macque often shares our client designs on social media. Please let us know upfront if you prefer your designs not be shared with others.
